To upload your avatar please follow the instructions below

Save the image you want to show as a avatar on your machine.

The dimensions of the image must be a minimum of 20 x 20 px or a maximum of 90 x 90 px.

• Go onto User Control Panel
• Find Profile on left hand side of screen and left click
• Upload your correctly sized image from your machine by left clicking Browse
• Find your image and double left click
• Click on Submit

You image should now appear as your Avatar
